Unique Victoriana Case Of Jays

A unique opportunity to acquire a piece of northern history belonging to the late artist Gordon Leech.
I have been working with his good friend whom acquired his enormous historical collection of unique and somewhat ostentatious oddities-a home filled to the brim with antiques & thought provoking oil paintings-done by Gordon himself.
Hearing about his character he was most eccentric gentleman whom wore a top hat, but preferred to hide in the shadows and wasn’t really that interested or motivated to sell his artwork.
His property is wholly unique, filled with exotic house plants, ostentatious sconces on every wall and a garden with tropical palm trees and other unique eastern plants-it was like a small jungle!
Gordon also dabbled in taxidermy and had some links to the Manchester Museum and this case of Jays is very much in Gordon’s style with the gothic detailing & unique composition.
Many of his pieces are being held onto in the hope an exhibition will be curated in the future-but I have been asked to find this unique and rather special piece of history a new home-most importantly the right home in which it will be displayed and loved for many years to come-this being one of the late Gordon’s final wishes.
